Registration

General information

Registration is made via ConfTool. Please complete the registration form before proceeding with payment.

Registration is required for all participants: presenters and attendees. ISLE 8 presenters need to be ISLE members prior to or at registration: https://www.isle-linguistics.org/join).

The conference regular fee includes conference pack, lunches, coffee breaks, transfer to/from venue, welcome reception and city tour. It does not include the gala dinner (see below) or travel and accommodation arrangements.

The conference fee is set for the whole conference duration (1-4 September).

Fees

  • Early bird registration (1 April – 31 May): 360€
  • Late registration (1 June – 30 June): 420€
  • Gala dinner (& welcome drink) (Wednesday, 3 September – Hotel Monumento San Francisco): 55€

 

*Accompanying persons can attend social programme events only:

  • Welcome reception (Monday, 1 September – Claustro Pazo de Fonseca): 25€
  • City tour: free
  • Gala dinner (& welcome drink): 55€

The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. Please do not forget to upload the confirmation of payment as soon as possible (ConfTool >> Overview >> Upload confirmation file).

Invoicing

If you need an invoice, please contact the Organizing Committe at: isle8.conference@usc.gal.

*Please note that the University of Santiago de Compostela can issue invoices for the conference fee only, and not for additional expenses.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests should be sent to the conference organizers (isle8.conference@usc.gal). If you have already paid the registration fee, reimbursement will be according to the following policy:

  • Before 30 June: 70% reimbursement. Please note that all additional bank charges or credit card processing fees will be borne by the applicant
  • No reimbursements will be possible after 30 June.
