The University of Santiago de Compostela (hereinafter USC), owner of this portal, as responsible for the data treatment informs the users of this website of its policy of protection of personal data, so that they decide freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide the USC with the personal data that may be required or that may be obtained from the user on the occasion of the registration or hiring of any of the services offered by the USC through it. Personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) on the protection of natural persons and LO 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activity of the USC.
We have implemented all the necessary technical, organizational and legal measures to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account at all times the state of technology and the nature of the data stored. USC staff and volunteers are committed not to disclose or make use of the information they have accessed because of their position.
